2 Old Stone Houses, 15 Minutes from the Famous Köprülü Canyon in Antalya

Two two-storey old stone houses located on adjacent plots in the Düzağaç neighborhood of Antalya's Manavgat district are for sale urgently due to my need for cash.

It is a single title deed for two separate houses. The famous Köprülü Canyon, which attracts attention from foreign tourists, is about 15 minutes away by car (you can check its magnificence on the internet and I will add a few images to give you an idea) and there are rafting centers in the region.

I was going to have these two old stone buildings built and use them to rent to foreign tourists coming to our country or to sell as villas. Upper floors; The lower floors would be built as a bedroom and dressing area, a living room with an American kitchen, and a glass veranda outside. If desired, the old and small square meter house can be demolished and used as a garden extension to another house. However, I had to give up my project because I could not obtain the necessary cash.

It must be sold within a very short time. You can buy both houses, or you can buy them separately. If purchased separately, the house with a small square meter is $12,000, and the house larger than that is $27,000.

The adjacent small building visible on the side of the large square meter house appears as a commercial building in the title deed and does not belong to the house. The additional section made of concrete seen in the picture was built extra because it is within the village. It would be a better project if it was removed and a veranda was made.

There are two negative situations for a small square meter house. The neighbor said that the garden belonged to him, not us, and that the title deed was written to the owner of the house while he was away. But when we examined it, we saw that it was registered under our name in the title deed. The land belongs to us in the title deed. The second problem was that the same person had a balcony built and one of the legs of the balcony coincided with our land. Since there was very little space, we showed tolerance.
